    Any recommendations for a good CRM software solution. I need it to track marketing activity, be available and usable to 10 network users, and interface with Outlook.

    It needs to be easy to use so that everyone does.

    As far as I can see the options are ACT, GoldMine or Maximiser.

    Any user experiences?

    No personal experience but
    Have good reputations. Not sure about the Outlook angle.

    Sugar is good, but it depends on the level of Outlook integration that you require
