Why is the printed page different from print preview?

    Im trying to print some documents but the actual printed page is completly different to the print preview. Why the hell is it doing this and how to i stop it?

    Im trying to print graphs in microsoft word.

    What sort of problems are you experiencing? Loss of colours, missing text etc.?

    Make sure you've the right size of page selected.

    No the actual graphs are just getting squashed into the corner, the formatted area and everything is still in place perfectly?

    Have you clicked the Resize box in the Print window?
