Is Blueface down?

Is blueface offline at the moment? I tried to make a call and couldn't get through. I then tried to call my blueface number from my mobile and couldnt even get through to voice mail. Didn't ring or anything.

I tried to phone blueface (from my mobile), but it didn't even ring. I have sent them an email.

My mobile is three and I have now tried unsuccessfully from a meteor mobile too.

My Blueface is fine. Just tested inbound and outbound.
I received my last call about 30 minutes ago before reading this post.

However, My first test on Blueface after reading this failed. 30 seconds later it all worked.

So there might have been a problem but it is resolved now, or it might have been coincidence.

Just got an email back from blueface stating "Blueface should be back now - we had a problem with one of our servers."

Tested it and it is fine now.

Just got a second email from Blueface and a phone call telling me that it is back.

I was a customer of O2 for a long time and Eircom and I don't think they ever called me back!

Since moving to three for my mobile and blueface for my landline I have got great support.

    Good stuff.

Ok, way, way, way off topic, what are 3 like for mobile calls?
    Reliability / cost etc

I was paying between €90 and €140 per month with o2. My 3 bill will be less than €65...

The quality is excellent. I haven't had any outages. Plus you get loads of video content for free. It is superb.

I'm with 3 too. Can't fault reliability. Cost seems good, I keep under €30 every month (I'm a relatively light user). Only gripe I have, which I must call them about, is 3 times people have told me about getting the same text from me multiple times. I think they are all O2 users so I'm guessing a network problem between the two.
