Problems with 754.

I am trying to install a A64 2800 into a asus board, this one Everytime I post into bios it gives the processer between 1.5-1.6 volts automaticly. It refuses to post into windows. I have tried 2 powersuplies, 3 different kinds of ram, and 3 harddrives. The windows loadup screen comes up followed immediatly by a re-boot.…
