Picture freezes

I recently had a dish set up to watch the FTA channels, however on a windy night the picture freezes continually making it unwatchable. The dish looks secure so I'm assuming that the dish is not properly aligned, is there anything else that I could check? There is also a very small dent in the dish, could this be a factor?

Is there a lot of play on the bracket? Maybe the bracket is not strong enough and during the winds, causes it to bounce around too much.

No, everything looks secure and it does not appear to move. I'm just wondering if the dent would be the problem? The only strange thing is that the problem only happens on windy days, every other day I get a perfect picture.
