The imbalance between the brightness on the left and right puts me off but that said, I love the clouds and the colour you got. Did you process this in Photoshop?

The dark to grey...blue sky clouds looks great.

Nice shot alright. Shame about the darkness on the right.

Maybe cropping it to a third?

thanks for the reply, yeah that right hand side is a bit off... must give it another shot in photoshop.. might crop it back a bit too

well gave it another lash through PS and cropped off the right hand side, i think it feels more centred now, and colour is a little bit better..

Looks like a nice shot too me. I personally would have cropped some of the RHS off and maybe opened the apperture by a stop to see what that did. Might be nice to see a little detail in the foreground BUT it's only personal taste and what you have there is pleasing shot :)

Nice shot! I would use a gradient layer mask in ps and lighten the bottom and rhs slightly. Wont affect the sky. Great sky!

Yes. See very quick fix in PS attached. With a little more work this could be a brilliant image. Well done.

Thanks i must learn a bit more about PS, can't say i know how to use gradient mask, or what effect it has, about all i know in PS is curves, dodge and burn brush, and noise filter so far..
