CSS / xHTML problem (rounded corners)

    note: look below for an conceptualised image of what I'm talking about.

    I want to create a box-like area in which an image and message text will be presented. The problem comes in that its rather complex, there is to be a background image show behind the text in the bottom-right whilst the bounding rectangle of the entire 'box' has a corner-cliped to look rounded; ordinarily these things can be done easily enough independantly of each other, but unforuntaly together it seems to have me stumped. I could of course use tables, but that just messes up the text flow too much to even be considered.
