god he's still really bad, havn't watch many of them but caught it the other night cos I saw him on TV3 talking about him doing some crap joke and sinnead o conner walking out of the show on him ( which probably did him a favour as more watched last night like me)

he is still really stilted and awkard he has no flow with the guests at all he said he knew vinnie jones a bit cos he worked with him but he still has the most awkard interview with him, and he still can't tell jokes.

just like shirly templebar and his dress doing a camp face doesnt make you talented...

Vinnie Jones wasn't too happy to be there.

I don't think this will get another series

He's done about 5 shows altogether, I think hes still nervous and the show is still finding its feet, and Sinead O Connor walking off cos she has no sense of humour probably knocked his confidence(I hate that woman anyway). I like the show, and i hear its getting pretty good ratings. I'm gonna stick with it.

If by 'pretty good ratings', you mean 'awful and not in TV3's top 20 for the week' then, yes.

Talentless muppet. Why the hell do TV3 even bother, anything they attempt is poorly produced, poorly presented and horribly cliched. Just stick Judge Judy on for the whole day and then fire all the expensive cardboard cutouts like Courtney and the Ireland A.M. crew. It doesn't matter that they're not getting a share of the licence fee. How many years have they been around now? There has been no improvement whatsoever in their output. Even the news is still horribly tacky and poorly put together. They don't deserve a share of the licence fee. If they got it they would just spend it on more poor American Sitcoms like Will and Grace.

Oh ya, Courtney. He's a bit gay.

I remember he used to be on Wanderlust, I think? That was RTE though - did they fire him like they should have? I can't imagine TV3 headhunting him, however desperate they may be.

He's pathetic. He makes really bad jokes, reeaaally bad jokes. He makes fun of people, in a really bad way at times - I often find people who need to resort to actual slagging just can't think of anything actually funny to say.
Being gay doesn't make him funny, they should really take him off the air before he hurts himself trying.

I just caught of glimpse of Vinny Jones there on the last one (can't watch more than a few minutes now to be honest) and he looked sooo pissed off.
I hate Sinead O'Connor, but I'm glad she walked out on him. Would have loved to have seen how he handled that.

He was okay on Wanderlust, maybe the whole camp routine suited that show.

But this thing is a disgrace. In fairness to Courtney, he's not as annoying as the audience. If someone swears, they burst out into peels of laughter. Any half assed attempt at some crap joke is greeted by people crying with laughter and rolling in the aisles. Are they all completely stoned or something? Is there a free bar there? What is it?

He's done about 5 shows altogether

6 before Christmas and a final 6 after.

I don't think it was about not having a sence of humour that Sinead O'Connor walked out, it's not like the show has a sence of humour.

I am sure the audience are told to laugh.

A chat show shot in a pub? They have found the bottom of the barrel and are vigorously scrapping it.

I cann't see it being recommissioned it would be the only chat show to be recommissioned by TV3. The Offside Show and Dunphy only getting one series each.

BBC2. At midnight or some ridiculous time. TV3 stopped showing it ages ago.
