    Rice Krispies for the win!

Most of those cereals are sugar-loaded s****e.

Nothing beats a hot bowl of Flahavan's porridge in the morning.

    Go for the healthy option

Its gotta be Ricicles for me too.

    wheetabix are good for you........................OK

3of them, with plenty of warm milk & a good heap of sugar, Mmmmmmmmmm

I voted for Coco Pops... 'cause those are good. I usually like the cereals my parents don't buy... the sugary kind... they buy the healthy stuff... that stuff is good... but nothing beats sugar for breakfast.. hahaha.

Cornflakes! Especially the nice big crispy flakes of a newly opened box. The bits at the end of the box go all mushy when you add the milk.

atm porridge seems to be working for me but usually it has to be sultana bran.. either way it's with soya milk - yummy :)

Rice Krispies with enough sugar to make the milk sweet.

Does nobody do cereal cocktails? I usually fill my bowl three quarters with Corn Flakes, dump some All-Bran in with them (and mix it up). Pour in milk, let them get soggy, and then...add the Rice Krispies, but only after you've crushed them to powder, and add whatever milk is needed.

(When I was a kid, I used to love the very last bit of a box of Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes...)

I've turned people. Mainly family members, though...

Okay, I sound like a freak...

Don't worry, I do the mixing thing too...half cornflakes and half country store muesli. But my favourite (that I've not had for years) would be Sugar Puffs.

Porridge for me. I get up around 6.15, have my porridge around 6.45, get a coffee and a nutri grain bar around 9.30 and I don't feel peckish until 3 or 4 o'clock + my mood and energy levels are top notch.

Dunnes Stores do the Food Doctor Porridge mix which is even better and has spelt flakes as well. I usually throw some of their seed mix on top too for good measure.

    Cheerios without a doubt.
    And Jordans Museli
    And crunchy nut cornflakes
And.....not with milk....yoghurt...low fat natrual or Actavis. No sogginess and the bowl has to have been in the freezer for a good while beforehand (preferably over night) to ensure the dairy is completly cold.
Cereal....easy to eat but it has to be done properly.

Special K is my fave, much prefer it to corn flakes.

And if I run out of Special K, second favourite would be Weetabix with cold milk!!

And if I'm feeling sick I love nothing better than Ready Break with hot milk and sugar, makes me feel better!
