Houses in the Dunmore Road Area

I may be biting the bullet sometime soon and buying my first house / apartment. So, Id be really grateful if you'd post up here if you spot a house or apartment for sale on the net, or while wandering around that fits the following description;

- Max Max Max.. €230,000
- Dunmore Road area.. say from the Glenville Statoil out as far as the Woodlands Hotel. (The Williamstown area would be interesting too)
- 3 Bedrooms

I'm in Viewmount Park so I'll keep an eye out when I'm out. There usually are houses for sale here and there are 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom houses in the estate.
We chose Viewmount because the rooms are bigger, also gardens were bigger than in the other estates on Dunmore Rd and most have garages. We have a 4 bed house and converted our garage into a playroom, shower room and utility room. A lot of houses have converted their garages.
Another advantage is the bus stops at both entrances.

I really doubt you'll find anything on the Dunmore road for that money unless its an apartment block I dont know about.

You probably will get something out that way for that price, however it will need some work. Viewmount is your best bet or even Earls court..

My cousin got a 4 bed semi there in need of some work not so long ago.. Gutted it completely, but ended up spending a lot less on the whole thing that what he would have spent if he bought a new one further down the road.
