is there any clubs that allow hornet rifle on shooting range?

But not on the smallbore 50 yard range!
Anything and everything (in rifles!) that's legal to own in Ireland can be used on the fullbore ranges, but I'm pretty sure you need to be a full member to shoot there. Best to check with the range beforehand.
