Changed graphics cards - now cannot boot - help!!

I've put a new AGP card in my PC (intel d875 pbzlk) and now I'm getting the following on boot: pci irq routing table error [00:1C:00] and it just hangs. I've popped back in the other card - same thing. Ideas?
