DVD Zone in Media Player

    If you change DVD zone in Media Player it prompts you that you can only change it again 4 or 5 more times and then that's it. Is it legal to change zones a few times and then suddenly illegal after that?

    It's not a case of legality, it's just a restriction. There are programs, such as Slysoft AnyDVD, which let you set the region in software so you don't need to change the hardware. You could also flash the firmware on your DVD drive with a region free version. Look up your drive on www.rpc1.org and see if you cna get one.
