I'm thinking of buying my friend's laptop and was just wondering what kind of price to offer him.

    Its a toshiba satelite L10
    - Intel Celeron M 1.4Ghz Processor
    - 256MB RAM
    -Win XP SP2
    - 64 MB intel graphics (not sure what exactly)
    - DVD/CD-RW drive
Its about 3 or 4 months old

    Thanks in advance

For that type of spec they range from 800-950 brand new with different variations! Check Elara for price ranges!

When buynig from friends becareful - it breaks two wks after you buy it and you automatically blame the seller even with the warranty. How much did he/she buy it for?

He got it for €800 sale price. The git is getting a brand new Dell XPS laptop.
What would be a good price to offer him?

I would offer him 400-500 for it.

Remember on that model the 64MB Graphics is shared so comes from your system memory.

He offered it to me for €500, I'll try and get him down a bit though.
