    I would put a polythene membrane under the floor, above the highest water table - support it on blocks or whatever. You need to get rid of the wet surface area that is evaporating water into the floor space, and that is the quickest, simplest and cheapest way of doing it. Personally, I wouldn't bother with pumps.
