In Dublin City Council area do you need to have planning permission to have a mobile home in your back garden? Is it just the same rules as an extention to a building .

As far as I know I think the answer is yes for all area, you are proposing to provide living quarters which requires pp, no harm contacting your local office though (you dont have to give your details)
