I'm running XP Pro - so I don't know about ME. But you could go to C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\SendTo\ ( you may need to show hidden files/folders) & place a short cut in there to your drive.

This should work assuming that the usb drive is assigned the same drive letter each time it's plugged in.

    hope it helps.

AFAIK, the feature of automatically being added to the send-to list was only implemented for USB drives in Windows XP. Therefore, if in a prior version of Windows you want to add the drive to the menu, you will have to create a shortcut to that drive in the send-to folder. The biggest issue with this is that the option to send a file to that drive will remain whether the drive is plugged in or not (I think)
