What if you were carrying one around all day, like you always do, get lucky & on your way you're walking home & you get asked to show that you're carrying a condom.

Maybe it is needed or nescessary but it wouldn't work. What are they going to do? Stop random people in the street. "Condom inspection please empty ur pockets" Totally crazy if u ask me.

If they stopped the tax on condoms maybe but how would they police it? sure look the problems they have had in some places with smoking laws. There is no way to police this? check points on road and you drive past holding up a jonny??? lol

Anyway Im off to this place? if you are walking down the st and random birds jump on you for sex that would be class. That is the only reason I can see why you would need a condom on you 24X7.:D

This wouldn't work. There would be so many people protesting it. Religious people as well as people who feel that it would encourage young people to have sex.
I think merely providing condoms is enough.

Condoms start eroding from heat and friction as well, so you wouldn't want to be carrying one around too long and such.

Nah I don't think it would work. It's a nice idea I suppose but there are too many holes in the plan. Better education is what is needed.
