€40,000 - what would you do for it?

Just thinking about the abundance of reality TV shows which seem to be getting more and more desperate. Contestants know that when they go on, they loose all their rights and are subject to the whims of the show's producers.. all in the hope of fame, glory and a coupla grand. I'm surprised by how low people have gone recently to get onto these shows - 'Sleep with my girlfriend' 'celeb big brother' etc

I just wanna know what would you do to get your hands on €40k. Its not a massive amount of money, but it is something that could change your life.. i.e. deposit on a house etc.

Would you steal it if an opportunity arose? (eg a wrong bank transfer into your account)
Would you bet for it? (eg €1000 @ 40/1)
Would you do a game show?

Or would you rather work and save for it?

I would work and save (ha ha ) but if an opportunity arose for me to assume someone else's identity for a day - and then take their €40g's, damn straight I'd do it!

Well I would probably bet for it or enter something like 'Who wants to be a millionaire' but I doubt I would ever go on some crappy reality show for it. I think I would do an awful lot more for a million quid. I think I could even sleep with Robert Redford for it.

Mmmm, €40k, Well I would save (probably because I have no 'real' choice but to save), I would go for 'X Factor' not get through to the final, but release some tacky single anyhow (cheeky girl style). Then cross my fingers and hope the money starts rolling in while I build a new identity for myself.
