Question about neteller

    Hey folks, started up a account with ultimatebet this evening, deposited and done pretty well, won a couple of stt, went to withdraw and i have to withdraw using neteller or firepay? I deposited using my debit card, just wondering how these work or any fee's etc??

    You should be able to withdraw by cheque either. Probably takes a few weeks to get your money but it's one way of doing it if you don't have neteller/firepay.

    Neteller is like an online wallet/bank account. It lets you move money around between poker sites, and 99% of poker sites accept neteller for deposits/withdrawls, all the big sites do at least.
    There's no fees associated with Neteller as far as I know, it's free to open an account. It takes a while to get your account set up, www.neteller.com , all the info in on that site, their customer service is top notch.

    Contact UB support, maybe they can help you withdraw to your credit card if that's possible.
