Yeah I saw that Airblazer. They can be expensive when it comes to electronics but what got me was you get the camera & a photo printer for the €150. I checked it out and its a very easy user interface.

@coug01 to answer your ceist nope its euro/€

    Price camera only 179.99
I am really confused now mabey they need to up date the price and info

checking actual user reviews on this camera, seems it not just eats batteries it devours them, image quality isn't best either

    I wouldn't trust a 5mp camera for anything under €250

Camera on its own is €181. This is a special deal listed on one of their pamphlets in-store.

I can't see any DP review of it, only the press release. Can you give a link to the DP review?

Bought my folks this camera and printer in Argos before xmas for 150. Great value if you ask me although you need to get a smartmedia card if you want to hold more than 15 or so photo's on it!

Software is easy to use too. Ideal for the first time digital camera owner

    1@119.99

    560/3567 HP DIGITAL CAMERA
    1@28.99

My experience with HP cameras is that they're absolutely rubbish. Had an entry level 3MP HP camera (got it for free so I wasn't all that upset). Battery live was unbelievable. Seriously, 2 AA batteries got you about an hour. Not messing. Zoom didn't work properly and the photo's weren't great quality.

Right I just bought the camera & printer bundle for €150 in Argos Blanch so screw the phone lines they haven't a clue. First impressions is its very easy to use just ask my g/f who is not tech minded.

Btw sale ends 20th of this month.

Might seem a bargain now - but just wait until you have to pay for consumables. You just can't beat online printshops - well except we have a nice colour laser at work.... very sheap.

Not too worried plan to sell printer for €70/80 as I already have a Canon Pixma IP4000 that Santa brought me :)

Went into liffey valley argos today to buy it.

I couldnt find the camera and printer combo in the sale magazine. Is it 2 sperate items or is it some kinda combo deal?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,436 ✭✭✭fletch

Its a combo deal. Did you ask one of the staff? THe pamphlet is about an A3 size and is mainly black in colour, is that the one you looked at?

I was in the q for customer servies for ages and just gave up.

It was the usual A4 size leaflet I was looking at. Might go up and ask them tomorrow if I get a chance.

What do you think of the camera?

I think its a great little camera and I'm well pleased with the photos it takes. Its also very easy to use for a newb such as my g/f. i'd recommend it.
