    Hi everyone,

Does anyone know when the extension to the luas down to the point depot is due to start and due to start construction?

Does anyone have a map of the route?

    Thanks

I'll believe it when I see it.
Didn't it just get announced that some of the engineering on the current Luas line was crap and needs repairing? That'll help traffic.
Plus it was supposed to go out to the airport originally and that never happened.
The words organise,piss-up and brewery come to mind.

    http://www.rpa.ie/?id=281 for all details

The deadline for public submissions is 23rd Feb 06

The banks are set to block the route, or at least try.

To be fair it is the most sensible thing the RPA have proposed some of the more recent stuff has been pretty crap

Its all on street so its immune to the track bounding issue that has cropped up
