TBH, without more information that could be anything. Can you find a description of the module in the college calendar?

I tried to see if I could find a book of modules, but I couldn't see it easily. E-mail the man mentioned at the bottom of the page you linked to and ask for more info on that module.

my guess is that it's just a basic maths course like leaving cert over again. in many colleges various courses (business,accounting, etc) have to do maths again. ring and ask to make sure. unless you really struggled with LC maths I wouldnt worry about it.
