I am not certain on projectors but the duty on clothes is 12%
    so that is 599+12%=$671
the VAT is 21% of that=$812
still good. Not vat and duty are charged on the shipping costs so it is always best to get the cheapest possible.

EDIT: I think the duty is less, info hear, I am not certain I understand this correctly

seems okay alright. How old is that model though

From XE.com, looks like €413, so say 425 as its nearly inpossible to get XE rates

    so.........

    Item: 425.00
    Shipping 50.00
    Subtotal 475.00

Duty 12% 57.00 (if the shipping is on the invoice, you will be charged)
Courier Chg 13.50 (most couriers charge this for "dutiable" goods)
    Pre VAT Tot 563.50

    VAT Amnt: 118.34

    Total landed price €681.64

Only 700 lumens though - is it bright enough - could you use it in daylight?

If you or a friend took a trip to the states and could bring it directly into the country - wonder would it be possible to escape the import duty which is ridiculous - 12% then 21% on top of that

Has anyone tried the projector that Debenhams are toing for under €200. Plugs into your laptop/DVD player. It's called the Neocreation al-100.

Don't think it can be much for that money. Just wondering.

Infocus ebay outlet is another place to get some good deals...

Picked up a In76 for €1030, basically new... same warranty as a new one only €500 cheaper than buying it online. Last time i saw it in Harvey norman it was €2400...

The original bargain is out of stock and discontinued :(

I wouldn't touch anything from Sagem if their phones are anything to go by - user unfriendly interface and unreliable. (Imagine trying to find a bulb for that brand too!)

    It is what it's.
