laptop not working.

got a laptop for christmas but now it will only stay on for a few before it automaticallt shuts itself down.Something like ntsystems/system32/lsass.exe comes up.any idea about why this is happening.

yep, could well be. boot into safe mode and run a full virus scan using AVG or whatever u might have installed. Make sure what ever anti virus u use is kept up to date.

yea, it will install a malicious software remover that might get rid of this worm, should here actually one.
