was walking towards grafton street today, hadn't reached it when i heard this voice belting out a song, in tune and sounded great! was heading into hmv with mate and he said "hold on he sounds real familiar" we went back out and it was Glenn from The Frames, can't remember exact time but was between 2 and 3, was great to see, he was giving it loads, looking at people walking by they were kinda amazed at how "professional" this busker was :D

anyway there were people filming him so im thinking it might be for a video or something, anybody know? overheard him telling somebody "you will be seeing a lot more of me"

"you will be seeing a lot more of me"

In that case, it's gonna be hard to walk down Grafton street without engaging in some form of physical violence.

That's mad. Didn't he do enough in The Commitments. Outspan ;-)

Actually I was busking myself one night with a friend and was singing some Frames songs about 2 years ago, and unbeknownst to us Glen was doing an interview for a TV3 documentary called matters of fact. When they heard us he came around and sang Red Chord, Star Star and Fitzcarraldo with us and it was recorded.
Saw it on TV3 a couple of months later. I was happy to be on TV. :-)

I saw that! I think hes an egotisitical ****er though to be honest. Met him a few times personally and my bro's best friend at one point went out with his sister (older woman thing) and he said the same. He still lives at home with his Mammy apparently, he just built on a granny flat for himself! Hashahaha.

Saw him this evening with his merry band of fans and a camera crew. Made me glad I had a discman with some good music blaring

He used to be cool in the early days I think but then he tried to rant like Bono and he just ended spewing codswallop from his face anus.

This was nothing to do with videos or promos.
The Frames need pettrol money for the tour and Glen had to pull the finger out.
Reports of the other bands members are coming in from Maxol and Burger Kings.
Its even suspected the Colm was seen collecting change at the toll bridge, we're not sure yet if that was for the toll bridge company or just some clever begging on his part.
