Firstly you should PM a mod of the forum you want it moved from.
Secondly, it won't be moved, because it contravenes the politics charter (I'm guessing. I haven't read it, but I can see it doesn't stay on topic. It's been AH'ed).

You should start a new thread in Politics yourself. Make sure you read the charter there first though.
