Dabs.com Problem

    Heres the story,

    After selecting my new TV faboluous. I tried to purchase it. First the my credit card didn't go through but some of my friends said this can happen sometimes. So I called the bank and got it sorted. Then they said that they don't deliver a product of such a weight approx 30 kgs. Emailed them asking why and they never responsed.

    So I cancelled the order and resubmitted it and guess what happened the credit card thing happened again. So naturally i rang the bank, no problems from my end. Dabs just took a cent from my account thats it. Am I doing something wrong. You can't call them easily as they have no phone no. on the website. In the end i cancelled the second order. I think i'm gonna get it on Komplett

    Has anyone else had problems with dabs.com they are supposed to be good

    Plenty of problems with DABS.COM here too, and from many others. Their "customer service" dept is non-existant and they really don't care about their "customers".

    Best go for another website in my experience, I've abandoned them.
