Im buying a new PC and im trying to figure out what graphics card to get. I will be using it for games as well as all the usual stuff. What NVIDIA GeForce or Radeon cards are worth spending my money on?

How much are you prepared to spend? Are you serious about gaming? AGP or PCI-E?

I'd advise the new 6800GS there... Better than the 6600GT, nearly as good as the 6800GT and cheaper too! That's why I ordered one this morning (EVGA 6800GS bought off eBay for €250 incl. P&P)! :D

Didn't the 6800Ultra compete with the X850 series, though?

You cant really compare those 2 because theres €100 difference between them.

    Comparing 6600GT 256MB vs 6800GS 128MB (both ~€220)
6800's GPU outweighs 6600's RAM advantage.
    6800GS FTW!!
