i got ripped off by former employer

    my husband former employer, <snip>. Ripped us off. They stopped payment on his last check because he gave them notice and left his job for a better one. Because of this our credit has been effected.\

    Has anyone else been in this situation and if so, what have you done?

    Not sure if you should be mentioning the name. I'd remove it for your own sake. I know how you feel, but with the name mentioned, you're looking for more trouble.;)

    This is an Irish forum, it's unlikely that people will know the needed legal stuff to help you. I'd advise trying an american based forum for this.

    And please don't mention the name of the employer. It's unnecessary.
