    Hmm, sound kinda like myself.
If you have a reasonable amount of money to burn, have a bit of craic and head out to Weston Airport, Lucan, to have a trial flight; many of us started off with nothing better to do at the time: www.nfc.ie is a good place to start or contact me if you are interested. I also used to enough scouts and check out if your school (if you are still in school, it mite have extra activities), other than that, just go out to the local and start talking to the barman and others around you, pretty much like in the country! :)

    Regards,

When a barman's your best mate, you're in trouble!!

There are "social clubs" you can join, I think they go on nights out, pub crawls, wine taisting, meals..blah blah..fun stuff anyway..

    Try here.

Check out the Dublin Camera Club and the Photographic Society. They used to be in Camden Street, but you can check the addresses in the phone book. They used to organise photo trips etc. Not a bad bunch when I was with them; I might even start attending again...
