Sky+ and multiroom

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find it.

If I were to get 2 Sky+ boxes in a multiroom setup, does the €15 Sky+ subscription need to be paid for each box or does the multiroom fee of €15 cover the second box PVR functions as part of the mirror subscription?

The Sky info only ever gives one Sky+ and one normal box as multiroom examples.

Also, would I be paying full price (€299?) for the second Sky+ box or would that also be the current €149 offer?

I would be a new subscriber, if that makes a difference.

I've got the particular setup you're looking at. The mirror subscription will cover everything for the second box. You pay the same for the second box that you pay for the first so you'd each box for €149. The sick thing though is I got mine just before christmas and got each box for €69. If you are in no major rush I'd wait for about a month and you could see the prices come down again. I think they upped the prices again to cool off the orders because they have a backlog from everyone taking up the special offer in december.

Cheers. That's pretty much what I wanted to hear.

Something curious happened while on the phone ordering this. It wasn't actually me on the phone, btw.

First the guy tried to get an extra discount (free if possible) on the second Sky+ box, without prompting from us. He didn't succeed in that.

    BUT

The Sky+ €15 charge has been dropped!

Like I said, it wasn't me on the phone, so I can't give his exact words. But apparently it was because we got the 6 Mix pack (and he may have indicated that getting 2 Sky+ boxes was part of the reason too). He said he was able to drop the Sky+ charge because the package costs over €30. If it was under €30, he wouldn't have been able to drop it.

To be honest, this almost sounds too good to be true. I'm afraid to get too excited until the first bill or 2 come. Here's hoping!
