If you want to find somewhere fairly cheap www.travelodge.co.uk are doing rooms for STG£10 and STG£26 per room per night or have a look at the Premier Travel Inns.

Central Park Hotel in Bayswater is pretty good. Great location. I got a good deal on it from www.londonnights.com but also try expedia and hotels.com

There are always good deals for the Regent Palace hotel and you can't get more central than Picadily Circus.

Was looking at this on hotels.com. Is it a nice hotel? And is Picadily Circus the best place in the city to stay?

    Thanks:)

Well, I wouldn't say it's the best place. It's bright, crowded and noisy..much like the exact centre of any big city.

The hotel is grand - nothing fancy but the rooms are fine and the location is great. You're a 5 min walk from Oxford St, Soho, Leicester Sq, Trafalgar Sq., Southbank, etc.
The hotel is up a side street off Picadilly so its never too loud. If you're looking for cheapness and location it can't be beaten.

    Thanks lads.

Booked Regent Palace and Ryanair flights 10-13th February. €305 for 2 of us. I'm happy with that:)
