    hi, i've a 6 month old dell inspiron 9300.

i've wireless internet in my gaf.

the connection is rubbish, if i leave the room with the wireless router, there's no connection.

it's not the router, as other laptops have no problems.

does anyone know what's up with my wifi card, or how to fix it?

    thanks.

try and download the latest drivers for the card. see if they improve things. Most Dell laptops use intel wireless cards so get driver from intel.com.

If you're still having probs contact Dell. Could be a fubar'd card, or the aerial wires are not connected correctly.

Also check the Dell website for updates & turn off power saving.
