I got my sister one of these for Christmas and it has become increasingly problematic. It's 512MB. For some reaosn it is now saying that 100% of the player is in use, even though there is no music on it. There were files on it that we deleted, but now the player says that 100% of the memory is in use. If we try to export…

Any ideas?

Try formatting it. That might clean it out.
