    Hi,

My sister lost her Ready to Go phone this morning. Is it possible for her to get a new SIM card with her old number? I know it's possible with Bill Pay, just wondering if it is possible with Pre Pay.

    Thanks.

    Yes.
Just give the network a call.
I know if its the first time they will replace for free.

On the second and subsequent replacements they charge.
Told €15 if they post or 7 if you go into a shop. But most of the time if you go to a store they will replace it for free, if your nice. ;)

If you get them to bar the handset they may also move whatever credit was on her account to the number as well

That's exactly what they did and also ae giving her the credit that she was due from a new phone as she only got it at Christmas and hadn't registered it, so a good service..

    Thanks

the credit on the account is associated with the phone number so of course she'll keep it
