    Hi there,

    I've been thinking about a few things regarding Antesup Forums,

    Firstly we have to have one on our site imho so we have to do it but I think I've found a way that will really work well.

    If you notice I've changed the Antesup forum (at the head of this forum) to a link. It now goes over to Antesup where we are going to create a number of forums as best agreed by the community here. Thats another days work.
    That link goes directly to our expanded forums area. It has a link directly back to this forum. If you are logged in and have "remember me" click, you may never notice you have shifted over.


    Also, we (I say "we" in only the most cursory of ways, "I" did all this, Mike played 2/4 all day :) ;p) bought and installed a professional blog system. So, we're offering a free blog to any poker player who wants one and we will feature it on our new blog section (coming with the new redesign next week. I wasnt kidding when I said I'd been busy!).

    I need a few testers again, the last guys were great and really showed me that we needed to beef up the system before we could go live with it. This is an entirely new system and much better. It should feel veeeery familiar to you too!

    So, please go create a forum account and let me know it all works ok.
    After that you will automatically find a blog waiting for you at:
    http://www.antesup.com/blogs

    All of this is in test and the finishing touchs (like colour schemes and minor bits and pieces) will be done before Friday evening because we'd like to use this system over the weekend and the Grand Slam week ahead.

    ok Tom thats great. i'm gonna start a blog there.

    ....but there's no button to clickity click to get into the blogs!

    when i'm writing do i just click on XML and start typing after all the nerdy crap or do i have to learn xml and all that nonsense i've been avoiding for years?

    like the guy says in the Stella Artois? beer ad - this is gonna be great!

    If you want to create a blog just create an account on the boards:
    www.antesup.com/boards
    Then click Remember Me and log in.
    then go to www.antesup.com/blogs

    You should be logged in and see a Create Content link on the left hand side, or username/password fields (if you havent asked the system to remember you).

    After that, even a drunken Doc will know what to do. Thanks for the assistance Doc, I'm only slagging :)
