I stayed there for about 8 months from the start of may...Weather is fine, not too hot like it would be in August, but perfect for a nice summer holiday (if you know what i mean)

It's near Barcelona so check this climate guide
(average daily max in May is 21C, average min 14C, sounds nice!)
