cannot send image with gmail

    hi,

    i am having a problem trying to send a number of images in the body of the e-mail. I am using g-mail and sending to another g-mail account. I just copy and paste the image into gmail but when I send the mail, the reciever can see the text of the message but cannot see the image although they can see a box with an x in the top left hand corner in the place where the image should be. I also tryed to send the image as an attacment but when I try to send the image I get an error saying the document contains no data. I checked the location of image to see if it was a link or not saved at all but it seems fine. Has anyone had this kind of problem before and if so how did they get around it?

    proably has somethign to do with the WMF exploit issue at the moment.
    try compessing and password protecting the images and then send them as an attachement

    Or try hosting the image with imageshack or somesuch and send your friend the link.
