I don't think there is any way to move stuff off a usb device onto the Xbox360.

'Fraid not. Although the 360 will read from pretty much any device,you can't copy files onto the 360 from any of those devices.

It won't even stream video from my PSP which sucks

If they were in the right format it would, but then the PSP couldn't play them
