TiG Server Changes

    Our two ranked servers are now as follows:

    82.195.136.136:16567 Ranked "[TiG] City Maps 1 {by Gaming365}" playing 32 player maps Karkand, Sharaqui and Masthurr.

    82.195.136.136:16568 Ranked "[TiG] City Maps 2 {by Gaming365}" playing 16 player maps Karkand, Sharaqui, Masthurr and Oman.

    We had messed around with some mods etc but they dont seem popular so we've binned them. The above format will be used for the forseeable future. A few maps there include choppers so should keep the pilots happy. As for the ground pounders \o/.

    We also try and play Infantry only on the 16 player server whenever we can. If you join and notice tanks/jeeps just sitting there then just check before jumping into them. Also give inf only a go, its fun.

    Excellent. The real skill in BF is infantry and ground vehicles usage.
    Also good to see the balanced city maps as the rotation.
    Mushroom city, sharqui and karkand on 16 player is always fun.

    Sounds guy, was on a City only server that was based in the UK a while ago and it was a great laugh. Great hand to hand combat and althou on the chopper maps you had a few span*ers sitting waiting for it this was not too regular! :D

    nice one Fairy, should be on there tonight if I get the chance and the lads aren't killing the network with downloads, my friend got a 360 so it better not kill my gaming when he is playing on live. On a sidenote the 360 games are big steaming lumps of dog poo, the arcade downloads are better.

    These sound class my kinda BF2ing. I must get all the 1st-IB BF2`ers to go over and give it a go. Our 3 favroite maps for sure. Manchester city, kakland and Gay burn must die ( Atry on howth ).

    Well for the min Fighting. There are 2 mods featuring CTF out there at the minute. Both have their good points however neither is polished enough at the minute to have a server dedicated too it.

    The next version of DCON has some neat features and new maps. When it is released we might give it a try, depends what the lads want tbh.
