    Does Anyone Know When Microsoft Plan On Getting The Xbox Version Of Fifa 06 Working On Xbox 360 As The Road To World Cup 360 Version Is Rubbish. Is There Any Email Address To Contact Ms To Find Out??

    I read somewhere that EA dont want the old fifa xbox games to work on the 360 so that ppl will have to buy the 360. Could be BS, but wouldnt be suprised.

    would seem very ea to me, considering the entire business plan has been re-release the same software with slight addons and with different titles for the past 10 years!

    Thats a tad harsh, FIFA has changed more in the last few vesions than PES has, that doesn't make it better but they're definitely trying. It took more effort to ruin the 360 version than it would have to keep it the same after all! So they're clearly experimenting.

    And FIFA is probably their worst game. Download that Fight Night 3 demo.

    Ok when will people realise that EA are the ruination of modern gaming , with maybe on exception being Battlefield.

    Burnout, The Sims, Spore, Katamari, Need for Speed(there's been very good ones, such as the current edition), Black & White, Medal of Honor, Sim City..... Also most of their sports games are very solid, if you're American.

    (Yes I know they didn't develop most of those games but they still play a role, if it wasn't for them we may never have seen Katamari coming over here)

    NFS: Underground 3 would have been the easiest thing in the world to do, but they went and made a game that captured the essence of earlier(better) Need for Speeds, even though Underground sold so much more than those ones.

    Their 360 games had far more effort put into them than the straight ports of Tony Hawks and the like, even if it seems to have backfired in a lot of cases because they just ran out of development time and were commited to the launch. Look at Fight Night 3 for what their doing with a game that's not tied to the launch date.

    I know their not exactly a bastion of originality but their no worse than most publishers really. They've commited no crime of unoriginality worse than Nintendo deciding to throw Mario into Dance Dance Revolution.
