PCI Express Slot

My computer is a Packard Bell Computer PB13218001 (according to Belarc Advisor), and it has a 2.9Ghz Intel Pentium 4 processor and 512MB RAM. I only bought the machine last April. Anyway, there are 4 slots in my computer, two standard PCI slots, one PCI Express x1 slot (marked on the motherboard as PCI_E1), and what apprently is a PCI Express x16 slot (marked PCI_E16). However, the slot that's marked PCI_E16 (assumeing it's a x16 slot), it is far shorter than what a PCI Express x16 slot is meant to look like. It more looks like a PCI Express x4 slot. Does anyone know what's going on here?

    That's normal.
