what do you need it for?
possibly thats personal but if its for a skin condition its works really well zinc picolinate and selenium obviously depends on the persons own well being and diagnosis i am certainly no doctor, but as a generality this is true

if ur going on the study by the chineese guy i would say proceed with care
    the dosages recomended are huge

    here is a good information

    http://www.internethealthlibrary.com/Health-problems/Acne%20-%20researchDiet&Lifestyle.htm
notice they don't mention b5 here at all

    also

    http://www.hps-online.com/hliver2.htm

the acne problem in general as i'm sure your'e aware if you suffer from it is mostly 3 pronged

hormonal - control over diet and immune funtion helps the liver regulate normal hormone function

diet - avoid dairy and refined sugars eat whole friut instaed of fruit juices

poor immune function - zinc(highly absorb) selenium et al taken after meals

Vitamin b5 is 9.85 euro for 50 tablets in health matters grafton st.
The same stuff is 12.99 for 100 tablets in Holland & Barrett, about 10 yards further up grafton street.
