Problem with deleting one program from planner

I have a failed recording on my Sky planner which won't delete. Every time I tried to delete it, it freezes my box and I must power recycle it again to get it working. Everything else on the planner, plays, records and deletes fine. I've tried using a planner rebuild but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?
