can i unregister my phone

    i registered a vodafone mobile ages ago to get the free call credit but i forgot my pass to my vodafone account and it wont let me re-register my new phone that has my old number to get the free call credit,so does anyone know if i can un-register my number.any help apreaciated,thanks

    Call them (customer care) for your password and they should reset it for you and email you a new one after you confirm some details.... Thats what i did for my O2 account i forgot the login and password reminder for.

    click the forgot password link - surely you upgraded (i.e. same sim/phone number)..

    is it not automatically you date of birth that they ask for?

    Oh and a email address to mail you the password vodaphone is 24hour Customer Care so call now sure.
