Hello,I'm buying a satellite system which I intend to use mainly for receiving premiership games from ART and probably Digitalb(whichever card is cheaper).

I'll be gettin most if not all of this from satellite.ie However I noticed a very old thread on the strong 6355 which say's it might not be very reliable and is was wondering if anybody can let me know what they think of this receiver and any others which might be worth getting.

Your views on the technomate 7655 2VA CI or 7755VA CI would also be appreciated as this particular model would save me in getting a seperate viaccess cam and is a similar price to get sent from uk.

Budget €200 for reciever

I have a Strong 6355 and have had no problems with it. Having said that, I do not use a cam with it, or at least I do not use a cam with it yet!

A lot of guys are using ART cards on the 6355 without any problems AFAIK, but receivers with built in viacess are generally cheaper (just make sure its viacess 2 enabled)

I know nothing about ART or Digitalb cards or subs.

Of the 2 receivers, I'd go for the Technomate as it has blind search. But then I am biased against Strongs!
