Servers you'd vouch for....

As the title says, and seeing as people thought I was trying to dictate to them in a previous thread, read below...

Right, heres the first installment of the servers I deem good servers to play on. That said, if you play on them and some asshat starts teamkilling you, don't blame me, but I have never had problems on them....

Some of these you may know...

These are good servers, well admin'ed, and very little bullsh1t going on them.
Some are dedicated Special Forces, others run a mix of maps...

Bravo2Zero - 85.236.100.12 - 16567
DOA - 85.236.101.60 - 16967
GFF - 83.142.229.136 - 16567 (beware of high pings on this server for reasons unknown to me)
ASY - 85.236.100.57 - 27101
13th Judgement - 85.236.101.44 - 17767

Like me rope d love the city maps. i got 3 or 4 as well, must post them.

Freddyshouse 85.236.100.29:16567 : Never had any problems on it. 64 people

City maps 280th 84.244.131.26:16567 : Love my city maps so usually hang around on this one, got best pings for me. 64 people

Clan Asbo 85.236.101.29:16567, hang around there a bit, never had any problems and for those with slow loading times and you keep missing out planes and tanks on map start, theres a 30 seconds spawn time before a round kicks off. i hate it as i'm usually first on.

Probably the best BF2 server I've played on. Unranked, very-squad based, VOIP-based gaming. If you ever felt that you weren't really playing with those on your team then try this server to see IMHO how BF2 should really be played.

i always look out for any Multiplay.co.uk servers... on BF2, CSS or HL2DM. they're always stable, and you get good ping all the time

thanks a mil for this - been playing it today. One of the best I've played in ages.
Around a minute before each round and everyone squads up and decides on plan and class.
There was 2 TK muppets on it earlier, but they soon left and it was great again.

Just missed you last night whiskeyman. I joined the server, you killed me and then you left I think

But yeah it's good. I talk about it too much at times but it's great when the SL explains the plan as handed down by the commander and when you know what your are doing and being told where the other squads are going then it makes the game feel much more realistic.

This is a very good server, 99% of the time its full, i've never been on it with less then 10 people per team, its a very good server to work on your skills as most the players know what there doing!

I was playing this server last night and I'm amazed!
It has givin bf2 a whole new lease of life for me, you feel really involved and actually have a sense of achievment when something gets done by an organized squad.
They are hardcore teamwork, I actually got kicked at one stage for not being in a squad :eek:

Anymore like, preferably european based to avoid the nasty pings from US servers.

i agree amazing server a bit laggy at times that could be me though im kinda sick of the tig server no one does the squad thing never feels like your part of a team. started goin on to servers now and i tell the other players that they will be kicked if they dont join a squad and it seems to work they think im admin, i saw it on the tactical gamer server seems like a good idea.
