Maybe V05 Extreme Rework Putty will do the trick?

But fish glue smells so bad!! Surely one of the fructis hard/wella xtreme or something like that works? Or maybe it's time to get a trim?

Out of curiosity though, how did you get all the other types of glue out of your hair?

    i have a 3 foot mohican

Jesus, that's impressive! Got any pics of this?

Anyway, you say that superglue or woodglue don't work? Have you tried any kind of Epoxy, would that just be too much?

Actually, try and contact this company. They seem to do a lot of different adhesives, which should be worth looking into to see if they stock the Fish Glue you're after.

You can use sugar mixed with water into a paste, works for smaller mohawks
