    Quick question here!

I think i already know the answer but just to clarify: is there any way of downloading just one file from a torrent? Say the contents of the torrent were:

    file1.avi
    file2.avi
    file3.avi

Would it be possible to download file2.avi without downloading file1.avi or file3.avi?

    Many thanks in advance.

Well if you are using Azureus you can select which file to give priority to.

Ah now see... i didn't know that!

I've been using uTorrent (recently) and Azereus before that and i had no idea you could do that.

    Cheers for that fellas!

Will give BitLord a try so!

Well if you are using Azureus you can select which file to give priority to.
And also select which files not to download

bitcomet will do that for you , all you have to do is untick which files you dont want and then start your torrent

I'd be wary of using bitlord, its banned from many torrent trackers because apparently it spoofs upload / download info. Its a knock-off of bitcomet anyway, so might as well use that instead!
